【ZendServer】Internal Server Error
ZendServer安装成功后，启动Control出现错误如下：
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator,admin@example.com and inform them of the time the error occurred,and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
分别在Windows Server2008、Windows Vista Business SP1和Windows7RC上安装Zend Server均无法启动，查看Apache日志都有类似错误信息：
Zend Enabler cannot load because of a problem in its configuration file:XML parse error on line1column1-invalid byte‘?’at position3of a3-byte sequence
查看Zend Server/ect/ZendEnablerConf.xml文件，发现开头有乱码。用UltraEdit将文件转换为UTF8格式，并删除文件头部乱码。启动成功。
